IN HOME ASSESSMENTS

Our physical therapy and rehabilitations services would include making in home assessments as part of the therapy program of the patients. A licensed physical therapist will visit your home to perform a thorough evaluation of your home and taking special note of the conditions and factors that may have bearing on the overall recovery or rehabilitation process of the injured patient.

Any recommendations will be directed at meeting the patient’s needs while giving special importance to the safety of the patient. Suggestions will be made to facilitate the proper and effective applications of the treatment program. Included in this assessment will be the role of family members and how the members can contribute to the welfare of the patient. Our experts may have to offer guidelines or suggestion to family members designed for the benefit of the patient. They may be asked to take an active part in the physical therapy program of the patient or may have to make necessary changes in the home for this end.
